Kellydeal, I don’t care how many times you post kickass versions of Teenage FBI, I will not be convinced that Surgical Focus isn’t the best song off “Do The Collapse”.
Incidentally, if the internet has any versions of this song that are a midpoint between this acoustic version and the smothering Ocasek production version (which I don’t mind nearly as much as bigger GbV nerds but still), I would be really interested to hear that.*
*I don’t mean the “Plugs for the Program” version which I have, I am not a complete rookie. I do like the little intro flourish in that one, but it’s basically the same as the LP version besides that.
